David Martin (CEO)

David Martin serves as chief executive officer for Legend 3D, and has held this position since 2002. Prior to his position at Legend 3D, Martin was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Hollywood Entertainment Corporation. In this position, Martin was accountable for all financial aspects of the company, a publicly traded video retailer with more than 22,000 employees and revenue of $1.3 billion. Prior to Hollywood Entertainment Corporation, Martin served as a managing director at Montgomery Securities, a leading investment bank, where he specialized in retail and consumer product companies. Martin holds a MBA in finance from the Anderson School at U.C.L.A, and a B.A. in economics and business from the University of Notre Dame.

Barry B. Sandrew, Ph.D. (Founder/President & COO)

Barry B. Sandrew, Ph.D., founder and president/COO of Legend 3D, is internationally recognized as a digital imaging expert and visual effects pioneer with more than 14 VFX patents and 23 years of feature film and TV accomplishments. Sandrew invented the first all digital process for colorization in 1986 and evolved the process in 2001 at Legend 3D. He has a career record of color converting more than 400 feature films, 70 classic cartoons and 207 television episodes. In 2005, Sandrew advanced this technology to develop an innovative approach which adapted Legend 3D’s colorization technology and time tested production pipeline to convert feature films from 2D to 3D. Sandrew’s stereographic, technical and production expertise has established Legend 3D as a leader in the stereo conversion industry. Sandrew is a senior member of the International 3D Society.

Geoff Goodman (CMO)

Geoff Goodman joined Legend 3D in April 2010 and serves as chief marketing officer and EVP of new business. Goodman has enjoyed a 20+ year career in entertainment, consumer products and sports, and he brings to Legend 3D a wealth of broad-based business experience. As a senior executive at The Walt Disney Company, Goodman led strategy and business development efforts for Disney’s worldwide attractions and resorts segment. At Callaway Golf Company, Goodman served in a variety of executive positions, including senior vice president of Research & Development and senior vice president of Global Brand and Product Management. Goodman holds an MBA in marketing and finance from Cornell University’s Johnson School of Management, as well as masters of engineering and bachelor of science degrees, also from Cornell.
