Mr. Martin became Chief Executive Officer of Legend3D in 2002. Prior to joining Legend3D, Mr. Martin was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hollywood Entertainment Corporation, where he was responsible for all financial aspects of the high-growth, publicly traded video retailer associated with its 1,800 stores, 22,000 employees and $1.3 billion in revenue. Prior to his work with Hollywood Entertainment, he was a Managing Director at Montgomery Securities, specializing in Retail and Consumer Products Companies, as well as Vice President of High Yield Finance and Merchant Banking at Nomura Securities International, Inc. Mr. Martin also worked as an investment banker with Salomon Brothers, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Martin received his M.B.A. from the Anderson School at U.C.L.A. and his B.A. in Economics and Business from the University of Notre Dame.
